  • Strategic financial planning and reporting to CEO and Trust Board

  • Coordination of external audit processes in line with Academies Financial Handbook 

  • Management & development  of business central service functions both in house and outsourced  

  • Coordination of financial, legal, commercial and buildings due diligence process for schools/academies that may join the trust

  • Company Secretarial work
