In 2022, we adopted the Lundy Pupil Agency Model for celebrating and developing pupils' sense of agency and co-agency. We work closely with other proponents of the Lundy Model of Pupil Agency, such as the Hull Voice & Influence Team, Hull University and the Hull & East Yorkshire Children's University We have all taken inspiration directly from Professor Laura Lundy herself and followed the examples of the Government of Ireland's National Framework for Children & Young People's Participation in Decision-making. So powerful is this model for pupils that we have adopted it for hearing the voices of all our staff so that they may have an influence.
