Newland School for Girls' C3 Eco Excellence Award
Jessica and Aaliyah from the C3 Group have visited Newland School for Girls to meet their Eco Committee. The students have been busy during the last year with various Eco projects. These have included collecting plastic bottle tops as part of the Schoolcycled project, reducing waste and ensuring students were using the correct bins. The students were also eager to share their work in developing a garden area with even more ideas for planting up different areas of the school.

St. George's Primary & Hull University Eco Games Workshop
Dr Steven Forrest and Dr Bianca Kronemann from Hull University visited St. George's Primary School Eco Committee to plan out their school version of the Eco Game. We had another wonderful afternoon with the children writing the game cards and using Lego to help them visualise how the game will play out.

Hull Young People's Parliament Addresses Crime & Safety
The annual meeting of the Hull Young People's Parliament convened today in the Council Chambers of Hull's Guild Hall today. Eco Games at Sidmouth Primary School with Hull University
Dr Steven Forrest and Dr Bianca Kronemann worked with Sidmouth Primary School's JLT this afternoon. This is part of an Eco Games development project with Hull University. First, the children had a map of their school, which they had to divide into zones. They then used Lego to replicate features of the school before suggesting possible environmental hazards that might affect these zones.
