Following the Lundy Pupil Agency format and inspired by student-written policies from the Hull Young Mayor and by the work of the British Academy, our schools are starting to produce some new policies. These are being written by young people in each school and focus on how the Pupil Leadership Teams operate. While our schools may decide upon different names for these bodies, they are all embodying a developing sense of 'agency', structured around the four elements of Space, Voice, Audience & Influence.
