Students from The Boulevard Academy and Bremerhaven join in a 'Youth Climate Action' Summit with Tania Fu.

We had a very special event at Hull University today. Tania Fu, who is a PhD student and a member of the Youth Parliament for World Water welcomed students from The Boulevard Academy in Hull with students from Bremerhaven in Germany. They spent a morning talking about climate issues that they were all passionate about. Tania, who has been spreading for word about the Lundy Model for Child Participation from her home country of New Zealand to the shores of the UK, was an inspiring lead today. Equally inspiring were the English & German students, who quickly became firm friends and wowed a room of adult guests with their eloquence and intelligence. We were also really interested in the work that Tania has done exploring the Lundy Domains in more depth and suggesting some new interesting research into engaging youth voice in authentic influence. Many thanks to everyone who took part and a special call to Lydia Burton who is championing her students from The Boulevard Academy.
