We've had another workshop at Hull University as the Eco Game project nears its completion. After the initial workshop in October at the university and subsequent follow-up sessions at each of our ten Thrive schools, project leads Dr Steven Forrest and Dr Bianca Kronemann have been developing the new Eco Game. The latest event gave our students the chance to add their final comments, suggestions and amendments to three versions of the game. It has been a truly collaborative process that will result in a fun and educational learning resource for many schools. The final stage will involve the production of the game with the tweaks that the children have suggested.

When it comes to keeping food fresh longer, vacuum bags really make a difference. By removing air, oxidation slows, reducing the risk of freezer burn, and foods like meat, cheese, and fish last much longer without losing quality. This is especially convenient when preserving or storing food. I personally use options like these https://www.mcdonaldpaper.com/safepro-v712-7x12-inch-poly-nylon-vacuum-bags-3-mm-1000-cs —they're durable, maintain a good seal, and are suitable for both freezing and cooking, such as sous vide. Ultimately, they're a simple way to improve storage and make food handling more convenient and predictable.
