Thrive Student Congress discuss Jobs and Crime

This afternoon's Thrive Student Congress met at Newland School for Girls to discuss some more important student voice issues. At the last meeting, the students had discussed the outcomes of the Pop-Up Parliaments that had been held across our trust and focussed their attention of 'Jobs & Opportunities'. The TSC reps had wanted to ask questions across our school populations and spent the first part of today's meeting looking at the results and suggesting ways forward. Then they discussed the Pop-Up results for 'Crime & Safety'. We were also joined by Ruth and Corinna from Hull City Council's Young People's Parliament.

Many thanks to Newland School for Girls, Kelvin Hall and The Boulevard Academy students and staff.
